Adventure Comics #34

January 1939 D.C.
A charging elephant with rage in his eyes and blood dripping from his mouth charges a pair of adventurers beckons a reader to ponder the wonders inside this swell issue. Another example of a great Fred Guardineer cover! A Siegal & Shuster "Federal Men" story lies inside as does some spiffy Sheldon Moldoff art. There's even some bondage panels, and a Bob Kane (creator of Batman) "Professor Doolitte" story. Less than 200 known copies exist of this particular issue. This copy, alas, has an extremely long cover split, a 1/2" tear on the front cover. Otherwise it would grade about F/VF with a Very Sharp and Glossy Front Cover!
