This is another classic L.B. Cole Sci-Fi cover done in an art deco style. Cole was extremely talented and versatile: drawing jungle scenes, romance covers, and REALLY cool Sci-Fi covers like this one. In my humble opinion, this is one of the coolest Sci-Fi covers he every did. This comic also has an A-bomb panel and a theory of flight story. Gerber estimates that less than 50 known copies exist!
