While it is well known that L.B. Cole rendered hundreds of comic book covers, lesser known are the covers he created for magazines and, as shown here, paperback novels. His covers for paperback novels are becoming highly sought after by comic book collectors. And, no wonder with a great Headlight cover like this! In this example, the title is surely meant to be ironic as an apparently married man bestows a luxurious mink(?) coat upon the maid. Ah... yes "Faithfully Yours" forever without doubt!While this copy is not perfect, what with a spine roll, a name written inside, tanning edges, and yellowing pages, it is extremely scarce and is the perfect addition to any L.B. Cole collection!
