Mask Comics #1

Feb/March 1945
This is one of the most prized and cherished L.B. Cole covers of all! An evil demon (or is it a devil?) holds a candlestick (with 'EVIL' stamped on the base!) as human butterflies flit about. Too bad there aren't more girl butterflies, eh? There is a brutal gunshot to the head with blood panel inside too!. Even better though, there is Cole story art with a World War II Pearl Harbor reference. Rudy Palais also contributes some story art. Gerber estimates that less than 200 known copies exist. Unfortunately, this copy is missing the centerfold. So, if anyone has a centerfold, please let me know!
