This is THE CLASSIC L.B. Cole Spider cover! The interior stories are reprints from Fox's "A Feature Presentation" #5. This is the rare Black cover variant - Overstreet says that this was likely a pressrun change. Specifically, the variant is the black around the word "Terror." The black border appears to be an overprint as the "Tales" is visible, just barely, under the black ink. The normal cover has a blue border and the "Tales" is visible. This is the Aurora pedigree copy and is nigh flawless and could very well be the HIGHEST grade copy in existence!
