Superworld Comics #1

April 1940 Hugo Gernsback
This awesome cover by Frank R Paul, of pulp cover fame, is at once Seriously COOL and kind of silly. The style is wholly reminiscent of the sci-fi pulps from the 1920s and 1930s. The strange aliens seem to be part marshmallow, part elephant, part duck, and part stickman! Very bizarre and VERY COOL! Inside this issue, there's even a Little Nemo in Slumberland story by the legendary Windsor Mckay! This scarce issue is rarely seen until NOW!
